1. ZERO-TRUST ARCHITECTURE Verified Entity LLC ("The Company") operates on a zero-trust, privacy-first infrastructure model. We collect only the minimum viable data required to execute legal formation, establish institutional banking rails, and maintain state compliance for our Sovereign and Delegate Members.

2. DATA COLLECTION & USAGE We collect identity, contact, and biometric data strictly for the purposes of Know Your Business (KYB), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance. This data is utilized exclusively to provision your discrete Delaware Series LLC and secure your digital vaults.

3. THE SMS DATA PROTECTION CLAUSE (10DLC COMPLIANCE) The Company utilizes SMS text messaging exclusively for critical infrastructure alerts, corporate governance notifications, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS consent will NEVER be shared with, sold to, or distributed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All sharing categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

4. THIRD-PARTY CUSTODIANS To execute our services, necessary compliance data is securely routed via encrypted API to our federally regulated institutional partners (e.g., Mercury Technologies, Middesk, BitGo, Twilio). We do not custody funds, nor do we monetize member data.

5. OPT-OUT & RETENTION Members may opt-out of SMS notifications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Upon formal dissolution of a Member Group and associated entities, all non-regulatory data is cryptographically destroyed.
